The idea to approach Donny & Nancy Croft about buying some property from them was first discussed a little over a year ago (on January 4th, 2014.) After much prayer and consideration, we approached the Crofts in March of last year and they said they would think it over. A few weeks later, we had a verbal agreement to buy two acres of property extending off the back and side of our existing property and including a rental house and a rental apartment building. A lot had to happen to turn that verbal agreement into an official purchase, but finally after months of muddling through a bunch of different issues, we have closed the deal! As of January 29th around 5:30pm, we now own the property where, with God’s help, we hope to make Hust Roost Farm grow from our hopes and dreams to a reality.
